What’s Included:
Complete Design Direction
A cohesive concept tailored to your space, including layout, materials, fixtures, finishes, lighting, cabinetry direction, and all the details needed to bring the design together.
Space Planning + Layout
A custom floor plan developed around functionality, flow, and the way you use the space, including fixture and furniture placement where applicable.
Finish + Fixture Selections
Thoughtfully coordinated flooring, tile, stone, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and other permanent finishes.
Cabinetry Direction
Cabinetry layout, style, finish, hardware, and overall design direction integrated into the complete vision for your space.
Detailed Technical Plans
Dimensioned floor plans, wall elevations, lighting plans, fixture placement, and additional design drawings as needed to clearly communicate the design.
Realistic 3D Visualizations
Final 3D views that allow you to fully visualize the layout, materials, cabinetry, fixtures, and overall design before implementation.
Complete Shopping List
An organized list with direct links for selected fixtures, lighting, furniture, decor, and other sourced items included in your design.
Two Rounds of Revisions
Two opportunities to provide feedback and refine the design before everything is finalized.
Final Design Presentation + Call
A polished digital presentation compiling your complete design, followed by a final call to walk through the details, answer questions, and discuss next steps.
The Process:
1. Book Your Initial Design Call
Choose an available date through my calendar and complete payment to officially reserve your project.
2. Tell Me About Your Space
Complete your Design Questionnaire and share photos, measurements, inspiration, existing plans, and any additional information I’ll need to understand your space and renovation goals.
3. Let’s Talk Design
During our initial video call, we’ll walk through your project, discuss how the space currently functions, what you’d like to change, and your priorities for the new design.
4. Your Design Comes Together
I’ll develop the layout and complete design direction, from cabinetry and fixtures to materials, lighting, finishes, and architectural details.
5. See It Before You Build It
Your new space will be brought to life through realistic 3D visualization, allowing you to understand the layout, proportions, materials, and overall design before implementation.
6. Receive Your Complete Design Plan
You’ll receive your final presentation, selections, shopping list, and detailed technical plans, giving you and your contractor a clear roadmap for bringing the design to life.
What We Need
Before our initial design call, you’ll complete a detailed Design Questionnaire and provide photos and measurements of your existing space, along with inspiration images and any floor plans or construction documents available.
You’ll also have the opportunity to share what isn’t working in the current space, what you’d like to change, and any existing elements you plan to keep.
I’ll review everything in advance so we can use our call to focus on the layout, design direction, and priorities for your project.
What You Should Know:
Investment: Starting at $1,400 per room. Final pricing depends on the size, complexity, and scope of your project.
This is a fully virtual design service. All meetings, communication, presentations, selections, and final materials are delivered online.
This service is intended for spaces requiring a deeper level of design. It is ideal when your project involves layout changes, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, permanent finishes, lighting plans, or other renovation-related decisions.
Two rounds of revisions are included. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and refine the design before everything is finalized.
Purchasing and implementation are completed by you. You’ll receive the design direction, selections, shopping links, and drawings needed to move forward with your project, while purchasing and contractor coordination remain in your hands.
All dimensions must be verified on site. Measurements, fixture locations, and site conditions should be confirmed by your contractor or appropriate trade professional before purchasing, fabrication, or construction begins.
Additional trade coordination is available when needed. Depending on the project, additional virtual meetings/emails with your contractor, cabinetmaker, or other trade professionals can be arranged to review the design and clarify project details. These meetings are not included in the package price and will be quoted separately based on the project’s needs.
Technical plans are for design guidance. Your drawings communicate the design intent and should be reviewed and adapted as necessary by your contractor, cabinetmaker, architect, engineer, or applicable licensed professional before construction.
Not sure whether you need Space Styling or Space Styling Pro? If your room mainly needs furniture, decor, lighting, textiles, paint, and styling while keeping the existing architectural framework, Space Styling is likely the better fit.
