Before We Begin

To develop a thoughtful and cohesive vision for your home, I’ll need as much context as possible about the project. This may include architectural or floor plans, elevations, site or existing-condition photos, inspiration images, material selections already made, and information about your lifestyle, priorities, and overall goals. The exact materials required will depend on the stage and scope of your project and will be outlined before we begin.

This is a fully virtual design service. Meetings, communication, presentations, and design materials are delivered remotely, allowing me to work with projects regardless of location.

This service focuses on the overall creative vision of your home. It establishes the design language, materials, colors, finishes, architectural direction, and relationship between key spaces so the home feels intentional and cohesive from the beginning.

The exact scope is tailored to each project. Depending on your needs and project stage, your proposal may include interior and exterior direction, early space planning, material selections, architectural details, and guidance for specific areas of the home.

Detailed room design is not automatically included. Furniture sourcing, complete shopping lists, realistic 3D renderings, detailed cabinetry design, and room-specific technical drawings are not included unless specifically outlined in your proposal.

This service does not replace architectural or construction documentation. Any drawings or spatial recommendations provided are intended to communicate design intent and should be developed, verified, and approved by the appropriate architect, engineer, contractor, or licensed professional before construction.

Collaboration with your project team can be added when needed. Depending on the project, virtual meetings with your architect, contractor, cabinetmaker, or other trade professionals can be arranged to communicate the design vision and review relevant details. Additional coordination is not included unless specified in your proposal and may be quoted separately.
